We offer a variety of nutrition classes to fit the needs of your program!

Healthy Plates, Healthy Kids

Healthy Plates, Healthy Kids provides students with an understanding of nutrition and why nutrition is good for our bodies. Classes include focus on the food groups and foods associated with those food groups. Every week brings a new lesson and exciting activity. Students will also have the opportunity for “Try Day” taste testing to try new foods that are introduced throughout the lessons.

Growing Healthy Kids

Interested in learning about gardening and nutrition? Garden based learning is very rewarding for children. Studies have proven that children involved with gardening and harvesting fruits and vegetables are more likely to increase their consumption of fruits and vegetables. Our class takes kids through the startup of a classroom garden, maintaining their garden and how nutrition and gardens are linked.
